MAY, The Unforgettable Month

1st. May - It's a holiday for everyone. Why? Labour's Day. In a way, it's also my day bcoz I had a job.To be specific, a teacher.

10th. May - 2nd. Sunday in the month of May is always declared as Mother's Day. My beloved children bought me a delicious chocolate icing cake. Why? Simply bcoz I'm their mother!..

16th. May - It's Teacher's Day... Since I'm still unfit to continue my service in school, I did not get the chance to celebrate it with my beloved colleagues and pupils in my beloved school, SKSG. As a token of appreciation, I've given them a chocolate banana cake from Secret Recipe. My heart sang the "Kami Guru Malaysia" in silence and tears which I would cherished alone...maybe from this year,2009 onwards.

I'm glad that my eldest girl, Huda has replaced me. She came back home with lots of gifts from her colleagues and students of SMKTA that day. Instantly, I saw myself in her...

I received a msg from the representative of Badan Kebajikan Guru2 Daerah Batu Pahat in

conjunction with Teacher's Day. They wanted to visit me. So, 6 teachers from SMKSM came that evening. A big THANK YOU for the visit and the hamper. I really appreciated it.

19th. May - My birthday! I was born to a couple, Cikgu Samad and Puan Selmah 48 years ago on Friday at 9.30 am.Their eldest child.

Suzana, Norfazlina, Redzuan and Noraishah, the English teachers of SKSG sent me a birthday present. My heart sank and filled with mixed feelings. Glad, sad, thankful etc.

Thank you, friends...

My husband and I went to Secret Recipe for dinner. Only the two of us...

23rd. May - My youngest and only son's birthday! His 9th. birthday. We had dinner at Daddy's Village. Everyone in the family was forced to give him a birthday gift, by hook or by crook by HIM!

26th. May - My beloved husband's 49th. birthday. He is the 2nd. child and eldest son to En. Radin Ali and Puan Fatimah. Birthday celebration again... My husband and I went to KM for dinner. It was a choice wrongly made. So, both of us recelebrate it at PR the next day...

Well, now it's already JUNE. How time flies. No matter what, the month of MAY will still remain to be the unforgettable month of the year for me. The month full of celebrations and of course, presents...

She sings when she feels like crying. 

Cries when she is happy

And laughs when she is afraid.

Her love is unconditional.

There's only one thing wrong with her,

She sometimes forget what she is WORTH...

It would take a thousand workers to build a castle,

a million soldiers to protect a country,

but only ONE woman to build a happy home.

The woman whom we called MOTHER.

Although you have left us since ten years ago,
